The pearl of the northern baroque and one of Europe’s most beautiful cities, Old Narva, will be restored by July, 2023!

The new tourist attraction will be located in the restored building of the Narva Town Hall, where everyone can witness the city's rich historical past.

The hall with virtual reality will bring you to Narva of the Swedish time. Put on the virtual reality glasses and find yourself, say, on the street market or right in the midst of the battle of the Northern War in 1700, or witness the big fire of 1659 followed by reconstruction of the city.

In the augmented reality room, you can get acquainted with the pre-war Narva. One of the main physical objects of the exposition will be a scale model of the pre-war city, which is made on the basis of a paper model by Fyodor Shantsyn and a scale model of Old Narva, located in Narva Castle. Using the tablets, guests will be able to receive video and audio information, photos and 3D images of individual buildings and objects, which are the most interesting from an architectural and historical perspective, and learn about life of the city as a whole before World War Two.
