Alutaguse Juust is a small company that produces handmade delicacy mould-ripened cheeses from raw cow’s milk. Today, we are the only company in Estonia to produce blue-white mould-ripened cheese. Alutaguse Juust welcomes groups at the dairy house who are shown production and offered to taste the products. The tasting of the special and different cheeses is an experience in itself. Groups are accepted on pre-booking. From spring 2020, we will also start organising cheese making and sensory analysis workshops.
